Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

At Fortune Bilişim A.Ş., customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our corporate solutions.

1. Refund Period & Process

For eligible services purchased through fortunebilisim.com, refunds may be requested within:

  • A maximum of 7 days for standard services, or
  • A maximum of 15 days for standard Web Hosting packages purchased for the first time.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the Customer Panel or by email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel within 7–14 business days.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services — which require licensing, are sourced from third parties, or are fulfilled instantly by their nature — are not eligible for refund or cancellation:

  • Domain name registrations and transfer transactions.
  • SSL certificates, software and control panel licenses.
  • Products sourced from third parties and supplied to the customer.
  • Custom-configured and fully deployed dedicated server rental / hardware supply fees.
  • Time-based consulting and installation expert services already delivered.
⚠️ NOTE: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the services listed above.

3. Corporate / Committed Agreements

For services covered by signed physical or electronic commitment agreements, the terms of those agreements prevail. In cases of early cancellation, applicable setup fees and any discounts previously granted will be invoiced.
