As the data controller, Fortune Bilişim A.Ş. ("Company" or "Fortune Bilişim") places great importance on the security of your personal data. In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable data protection regulations, we wish to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer and protection of your personal data within the scope of the services we provide.

1. Personal Data Processed & Data Not Collected

We process the following personal data in connection with our services (Cloud Services, Hardware Sales, Managed Services) based on operational necessity and security requirements:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, surname, phone number, email address.
  • Customer Transaction Data: Turkish ID / Tax ID number for invoicing, billing address, payment records.
  • Security Data: IP addresses, log records, website session data and cookies for system security and performance analysis.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Location data of our visitors and customers is absolutely not collected or processed in our systems.

2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of contract management, service delivery, communication and 24/7 support, financial and accounting operations, system security, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Data Transfers (Domestic & International)

All servers hosted in Fortune Bilişim A.Ş. infrastructure are located within Turkey. As a rule, your personal data is not transferred abroad. Your data is never shared with or sold to any marketing company.

Exception: If customers request virtual server (VM) backup services, only the backup data of the relevant virtual server is transferred to our backup servers located abroad. This is entirely at the customer's request.

Transfers to official authorities are made only under legally permitted circumstances and pursuant to official requests from competent authorities.

4. Your Rights & Contact

As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, and to request its deletion or correction. You may submit your requests via:
